Great concept, easy to use. The stitching on the insert came loose after 2 months of patrol work and once a month medical training with it. The things it fits are: 4x chest seal, 1x xelox bandage, 1x nasopharyngeal airway kit, 1x combat gauze. It’s still usable but I might need a new insert.

A slightly overpiced unique JFAK pouch. Although, it won't fit a whole JFAK kit, so you need to buy a separate pouch for a tourniquet and find a place for it on your gear.
