Measure your heart rate more reliably than a wrist measurement. Also works well when swimming, recording heart rate data only after getting out of the water. The strap softens in use, the top was pretty stiff. But the challenge in these is always how to get under the sports top, etc.

I mainly use it for running and mountain biking. A good heart rate belt whose sensors provide more information for running. I don't fully trust the values of the stride sensors / Garmin's way of interpreting the data, but the data will be measured and readable, so there have been no problems with performance. I haven't tried swimming yet. Worked well and the connections to the watch (Fenix 6X) were trouble-free. I don't think it's as comfortable to wear as a Polar strap, for example. The edges are a little hard and sharp, perhaps softening with use. There is also no experience of endurance yet, as only after listening.
