Very comfortable on the foot, easy to put on the foot and take off. The sole holds firmly on a wide range of surfaces. On sloping surfaces and rocks, I would miss more support for the ankle, but that can’t even be expected from shoes in this category. The surface of the neoprene part of the boot gets dirty easily and cleaning requires a shower and a brush. An excellent choice for hunters and berry pickers, for example.

Good companions also for hunting. Well cycled with these a couple of days in the tube rampage. As my own mistake, I took the size too small which I only realized in use ... As I went downhill, my toes sadly hit the tip.
It is therefore worth considering that when choosing a size. Good Size Chart on Viking's website. It could be linked to this net.

The best pair of gloves I've ever owned. You can walk longer with insoles and for once I found a wide enough last for my wide feet. The neoprene gives good mobility and it has been good in particularly muddy places, as the neoprene has not left any gap around my lower leg, so the mud has not entered the shoe.

I bought the new Viking Falk Neos again, because they are the best footwear for country life, for moving in forests and swamps, and especially for long-distance hikes. The fit is good, the boot is sturdy enough and the sole is excellent for all types of terrain.
I bought new ones because the previous ones fell apart in less than two years.
I would give five stars if I could be sure that the boots would last longer than they have so far. The part between the stem and the foot, above the ankle, has been susceptible to cracking, allowing water to enter.
I hope the new pair will last even better, because you won't find any better off-road shoes, except for Viking's parallel models, which I also use myself, mostly in mid-summer.
Falk Neo is the most versatile of Viking's hiking boots, because it is also suitable for cold weather before summer and is warm enough well into autumn, even until the end of the hunting season.

Comfortable and lightweight. They have done well in Finnish forests and in peatlands in Scotland. The upper part is a bit wide if you have smaller legs, so make sure you don't get snow in the boots.

Great fit, not too heavy and because the shaft is Neoprene, it stretches over the legs of my trousers if needed. It's also easy and light to fold down

I hiked 80 kilometers in those rubber boots after wearing them on a dozen trips. Water resistant up to the stem (I tested in the swamp), maybe an additional insole would be good for the boots. I highly recommend! I had to buy shoes one size bigger than what I normally wear.

Excellent boots. I use it in the deer forest. Superseded the hiking boots. Of course, they don't give the same support. However, they feel much warmer when pluttering in swamps. As I got older, I started to miss a zipper on the leg, so it would be even easier to "install" the legs of the trousers on the boot legs.

Great boots. Comfortable on the feet, soft and high as well as a waterproof handle and considerable grip on the soles.
The bad thing is durability. Going for the third pair, and in all of the shoe's inner neoprene worn at the heel, it burst in less than a year of use, allowing moisture to enter the feet if the outer outer neoprene of the shaft gets wet - for that reason two stars off. I don't get fourth pairs.

Small sizing.

Compared to Viking Trophies, these need to be taken one size bigger. These were lighter to walk than the Trophies, but clearly looser even though the base structure seemed to be the same as in the Trophies. Time will tell how long it will take, hopefully longer than the basic Trophies, which are usually 1 year old, up to 2 years. I would have liked a more rotationally stiff model and a stiffer ankle. Not suitable for challenging terrain. Pros of lightness.

The product is (certainly) good, but smaller than the normal size OR (maybe due to the design of the boot?) The foot did not get to "sleep" when I walked. Unfortunately, I walked in the boots and therefore could no longer return. Normally my feet always fit the size 38!

A good boot for moist forests and swamps. Comfortable on the foot, and at the bottom so much rigidity that the foot does not get tired right away. Good grip on wet rock, rhizomes and rocks at the bottom. The neoprene arm stretches well and holds a pound of hiking pants without the legs starting to squeeze. It is a good idea to clean the stems after the trip, as the stem absorbs peat and humus-containing dirt quite easily.

Nice as new, but the materials should be more durable. First met with the mountain trip went through tunturikoivunrisu neoprene ankle height, and after half a year of prudent use of mountain broke both heels and impossible to walk longer without getting blisters on your heels.

I was lucky myself, size 43 was out of stock and the trip approached menacingly, I agreed to send them size 44 boots, which was lucky, as the size is really tight, I could have forgotten the wool socks etc, without that episode. Now that the shoes came home, there is no going back to the former 👌 damn well-fitting boots, 6/5

It has come a long way since Kontio's time. I haven’t even been able to think that boots can be so good on the foot. Size chart is perhaps the hair at a lower side of that is, if you have a foot the size of the middle ground between the two so the larger size. Very good and high quality boots.
Excellent boots for hiking. The stem is awesome when it can be wrapped as an "ankle boot" On hot days you get a little cooling. Keep water and as others have said so keep it wet. The last is wide but short and at least I had to take "bigger size" myself. Also suitable for mammoth legs.
Good-looking boot with a comfortable upper. The sole is sturdy and firm, the last has always been pleasant to your own foot. Two Viking Elk Hunters walked broken. One pair lasts about a year for their own use. Hope these are more durable? Did it come as a surprise that the inner dimension of the Viking Falk neon in the same size as in the elk hunter is clearly shorter? It is therefore worth reconciling. All in all, good boots. Good walking characteristics, poor durability.
Lightweight and great hiking boot with upper and water resistance
A great hiking boot - a very good walk, ie when you experience these you will never need a hiking shoe again - has an arm and water retention, as well as just the right rotating rigid sole for the Nordic trails and fells.
