Hello my dear friends! My name is Rafał Łoziński. I live in Poland in the city of Wrocław. I bought a Lundhags Gnaur 75 RL backpack. It turned out that the Velcro tape had either been torn or had not been sewn on when first opened. As you know, I paid quite a lot of money for this backpack and I hoped that quality would come along with the brand and price. I trust that the product is not shoddy of dubious Chinese quality and other elements of this backpack will not leave any further wishes as to the performance and will not cause unpleasant surprises. Venerable! I would like to point out here that my choice of this backpack model was made a long time ago and it arouses my admiration and delight. I am sure that in the future I will also focus on choosing another backpack from your company. Today, when I paid for the backpack, I have to incur additional repair costs because I am afraid that the cost of shipping under warranty will be higher than the repair of this excellent backpack. I am waiting for your suggestions regarding reparations, compensation, complaints. At this point, I would like to point out that I bought the backpack from Poland via the Internet from the varuste.net store in Finland. The weight is not very light but I feel very comfortable on my shoulder with 14kg stuff, firmly shoulder strap. Along the seam at the bottom get wet when I leave it on the snow. Over all it is a good backpack that i ever own.

Great backpack but I was unlucky that there were several small holes in the bottom compartment fabric almost immediately. Now it has been replaced with a new backpack which, however, has not been subjected to any hardships yet so I do not know if I got a Monday copy or if the fabric is thin. If it were not for the fabric, the grade would have been 4. Good flexible backpack with many clever solutions and compartments.

Durable fabric and metal buckles Plus. It has not yet gotten into real action further. Pockets well and carrying system functional. You can also adjust yourself when you have a long back.
