Have only used the mid-layer twice when bass fishing in the surf at dusk into the first hour of darkness but they definitely provide warmth and are very comfortable. Looking forward to trying them out in the colder evenings in the coming weeks. Only read for four stars is that they’ve not been truly tested out in properly cold conditions.
