Really good for pruning and analyzing the pull from the case and the use of the trigger. It doesn't replace the instructor, but when combined with a good YT video, it improves the lesson a lot. However, you have to understand what the device does. The user interface is good, but you have to scroll through the menus a bit. I got a small smart one, but the phone screen is quite small in terms of use. Likewise, a tripod is pretty much necessary for a sharpie. When dry shot or "CO2 blowback" is in use, ghost shots are randomly registered when the safety is used or when the magazine is changed, if the barrel points to the board. You have to be aware that you easily learn bad habits when you pay more attention to the bull, when the direction of the barrel or your finger lingers on the hook....not the device's fault, but the concentration should not be distracted.

Produces a lot of data from dry or live training. A little data overload will come in between but there are then many different perspectives from which to analyze and learn. Note that many App screens refresh to show the most recent result, meaning you can choose what data you want to see, and each time you see the latest result directly in the format you want, without having to touch your mobile phone. From the point of view of practicing functional sports, more versatile than the first-generation Mantis X1, which I had used for more than a couple of years. The operation is easier with the quick lock. As a training aid for calm cold training, the X1 is also an inexpensive and great help, but the X10 is also a joy to go briskly.
