Hangboards

Hangboard is an exercise tool used by climbers to improve finger strength and endurance. Fingerboard exercises can include hanging from various holds, pull-ups or static holds. Hangboarding is an effective way to develop finger strength, but it requires a careful warm-up and a cautious start to avoid injury.
