Garments of Merino wool insulates extremely well and in addition they are breathable and will adjust your body temperature according to your activity level. The Running tights breathe when you are moving, but keep you warm when you are standing still. The material is lightweight and of course itch-free and fits tight while giving great freedom of movement.
