Do you have more than 6 months from your latest dive?

Doing a refreshment course is a good idea if you haven't been in the water for a while. Especially we recommend a refreshment, if you have had a long time since your latest dive and are going to attend a dive trip here in Finland or abroad on your holiday.

The scuba review / intensive -version includes a short theory review of the most important topics regarding scuba diving, we'll be checking and refreshing our memory of the scuba -unit compounds and have some practice at the pool.

We will be doing some tasks on the surface and under water - the program is much about developing individual needs and creating confidence for the dives to come. Please do not hesitate to express your needs and expectations to your instructor in forehand. We promise you definitely some nice buoyancy control exercises and loads of fun brushing up skills from the memory.

After the review, we will be logging your log book signing what we have been doing for later reference.

Please bring with you:

• Swimsuit

• Towel

• Mask, snorkel, fins (boots, if you wear open heels)

• All of your own diving equipment if you own them

• LOG BOOK

The price includes other diving equipment you do not own yourself and air -filled cylinders.

--> If you have your own dry suit and want a refreshment on that, please tell us in advance so we can plan some nice exercises for a dry suit user as well as for the guys in wet suits.
