数日間、さまざまな雪のコンディションでテストしました。クラウンパターンのグリップは、私が試したすべての雪のコンディションでうまく機能しました。スキーには、足元に心地よいキャンバーがかなりあります。キックも良好です。ただし、深くて非常に柔らかい雪では、チップの浮力が期待したほど高くなく、キャンバーによってスキーがわずかに雪の下に留まり、ロッカープロファイルでは浮力が不十分なように感じます。柔らかい雪で浮くチップが幅広のスキーを購入する動機だったので、その点では少しがっかりしています。しかし、中程度の柔らかさや硬いコンディションでは非常に満足しており、正直なところ、通常は雪の塊は大体その程度です。私のパートナーは Fischer e109 を持っていますが、これははるかに柔らかく、チップの浮力ははるかに優れていますが、代わりに方向安定性が少し欠けています。1 つのスキーですべてを得るのは難しいです。スキーは軽量で非常に優れており、ほとんどすべてのバックカントリーブーツの途方もない重さと、時代遅れの重い Rottefella BC アウトソールとビンディングのバランスをとるのに役立ちます。このようなスキーには、Xplore システムが適しています。私はショートスキンを持っていますが、このタイプのスキーのほぼすべての上り坂の条件にはこれで十分だと思います。ただし、重い荷物を後ろに運ぶ場合は別です。
