As professional Tactical Shooting Instructors and former operators, we wanted to develop a base pad and magazine well that would allow a speed reload and support one-handed weapons manipulation. The Viking Tactics / Salient Arms (VTAC/SAI) Magazine Base Pad used with the VTAC/SAI Magazine Well have met our high standards for a quality product and superb craftsmanship. Installation is simple and can be conducted without any modification to your firearm or magazines. These products are made in the USA from Aircraft Grade Aluminum then Type 3 Hard Coat Anodized for increased durability.
The edges of the VTAC/SAI Magazine Glock Base Pad are conducive to one-handed operation and do not require modification to your current magazine bodies. You will be able to easily hook the edge of the base pad on your belt, pocket, or the edge of your holster to pry the magazine free if you experience a malfunction.
Compatible with: G17 / G22 / G34 / G35 / G19 / G23
Not compatible with Gen 4 Glocks
Not compatible with 10 round restricted magazines and SAI Magazine well combination.
Please be advised the SAI magwell will not fit properly if any aggressive aftermarket stippling is done to your frame.
*Black base pads will now feature the VTAC logo etched into the bottom, they will not have the white lettering seen in some of the photos.
