The Ferro Concepts Roll 1 Trauma Pouch is a highly adaptable Dangler-style pouch designed for swift access to Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) contents during critical moments. Initially developed by Forward Observations Group for Special Operations Forces in Syria, this pouch has been enhanced by Ferro Concepts to cater to the needs of those in high-stakes situations.

This trauma pouch is intended to be worn in the rear body armor plate pocket, making use of otherwise unused space while also providing lumbar support during vehicle rides. Its open-ended, ambidextrous design ensures easy access from either side, making it perfect for trauma care. By pulling the left or right tab, users can quickly deploy the insert and access the IFAK contents. Additionally, the pouch can be mounted on the front of a plate carrier, battle belt, or any surface with a hook and loop Velcro interface. The package includes both the outer and insert pouches, with trauma kits sold separately.
