My overall experience with Varuste was excellent. Firstly, one thing that really impressed me was the prices. As someone who lives in Greece, the overall mountaineering and general outdoor industry is lacking a lot of crucial equipment, and as far as I'm concerned, what they do have is way overpriced for my budget, so I love the prices that this shop has to offer. Secondly, they came pretty much in time. The only complaints I have are that the box that my crampons came in was in pretty rough condition, with the crampons having two massive holes poked inside it. I know that that's probably the courier's fault, but still. Lastly, my other problem was the shipping costs. Like, I bought a set of crampons at around $190-200, if I remember correctly, so I wasn't very happy finding there was an extra cost for shipping but still i will definitly buy from here again no doubts about it , especially with all those amazing deals

These are very easy to use. The design makes them simple to put on and take off, even when you’re on the mountain. They also feel very strong and sturdy.

Yksipiikkisinä toimii erinomaisesti jääkiipeilyssä. Aiemmin oli käytössä kiipeilyssä myös Petzl Sarken, mutta Lynx voittaa ne suoralla jääseinällä 5-0.
