The skate specific design shares technology with an athlete proven X-ium series to deliver competition level control and feel. They are insulated for warmth and protect your feet from wind and moisture. Dual Core Technology allows targeted boot stiffness for the most responsive feel without a weight penalty. Carbon midsole insert provides increased stability and precision for optimized skating performance. Wintherm offers a breathable micro-perforated membrane that reflects heat back towards its source for incredible temperature regulation, comfort and warmth. Thermoadjustable liners can be heat-molded around your feet for a customized fit and comfort.

Poprzednie narty to także X-10 17/18, na nich czucie śniegu podczas jazdy było trochę lepsze, ale te nowe są stabilniejsze. Dodatkowa wyściółka w kostce zapewnia lepsze utrzymanie kostki na miejscu. Przynajmniej na początku wyściółka pozostawia wrażenie, że kostka się porusza, choć może nie jest ruchoma. Miejmy nadzieję, że to uczucie ulegnie poprawie, gdy mono zostanie poddane obróbce cieplnej w użyciu. Wydaje się, że blokowanie szybkiego napinania uległo poprawie w tym modelu w porównaniu do poprzedniego mono 17/18, gdzie blokowanie zaczęło słabnąć. Dzięki dodatkowej wkładce i wyborowi skarpetek możesz dopasować dopasowanie. Podnosek jest szerszy (odpowiednio) i wyższy od poprzednich (warto stosować skarpetki grubsze od palca).
