Kauhavan Puukkopaja Reindeer Antler Curly Birch Knife 603

The beautiful handle of the Reindeer Antler Curly Birch Knife from Kauhavan Puukkopaja is made of reindeer horn and curly birch. Each knife is unique, no two knives are alike.

The inserts between the antler and the curly birch are made of fibreboard. A two-part epoxy glue is applied between each part, the tang passes through the handle and is riveted to the end of the knife. The handles are treated with linseed oil and are not slippery to the hand.

The sheath is made of vegetable tanned oxhide. Inside the sheath is a plastic support and guard. The blades are made by Laurin Metalli Oy in Kauhava, Finland, from high-quality special carbon steel.
