The Loftshell® Hydro is an innovative, low-noise outdoor jacket that impresses with its outstanding technical properties. The G-LOFT® Climate Lining absorbs moisture and efficiently wicks it away through a membrane, leaving the skin feeling pleasantly dry. The inside of the jacket is equipped with G-LOFT® Climate Lining and an extremely thin ultra inner fabric. The special construction includes an outer fabric with an integrated membrane and fully taped seams that guarantee absolute waterproofness and windproofness.
The jacket has three outer pockets and two inner mesh pockets that offer additional storage space. The G-LOFT® Climate Lining ensures exceptional comfort and outstanding moisture management. My size is in between Medium/Large and I've owned over 10 jackets from this manufacturer; ranging from Military MIG, ECIG, Tactical ISG Pro and 2.0, TLG series Unlike the Climate Jacket of this new product line, this one is stronger built and more durable. Overall built quality is satisfactory but interior than its other products. It's a comfortable jacket as it has a soft lining, but there are lots of loosen insulation fibre all over the inner lining, in particular along the edges and sewing seams. It's a relax and long cut. Frankly it remains as a noisy rain jacket
The jacket has good water proofness but the insulation filling comes out of the seams after mild use.
