Pliant, technical jacket for demanding adventures in changeable weather conditions all year round. Made from stretchy Eco-Shell for high performance and low environmental impact. The material is hardwearing at the same time as it naturally follows the movements of the body and ventilates out moisture that builds up inside when you are active. A perfect choice for trekking and ski touring, where the jacket’s minimalistic design facilitates the push forward at the same time as you have reliable protection even in really bad weather.
The cut is carefully worked through for a perfect fit and freedom of movement. The well-fitting hood has room for a helmet and can be adjusted for good protection without limiting vision or movement of the head. The jacket opening has a two-way water-resistant zipper with an inside protective flap, which is easy to open at both ends for ventilation. The spacious chest pockets with hidden bellows are accessible even when you are wearing a climbing harness or backpack with hipbelt, and they have elastic mesh inner pockets that keep a mobile phone and other small items in place. Untaped seams at the bottom of the chest pockets to allow moisture to escape from the pockets. Two-way zippers at the sides release excess heat. The hem can be adjusted with a drawcord and the sleeve cuffs with Velcro.
Eco-Shell is a water-resistant, breathable and sustainable hardshell fabric that is treated with fluorocarbon-free impregnation. Eco-Shell is made from recyclable polyester (both recycled and new), and all emissions during production and transport are climate compensated.

Istuvuus ja ominaisuudet todella hyvät. Takki on hiljainen ja riittävästi taskuja. Yksitähti lähtee pois, sillä takin uloin kerros vettyy jo uutena sateessa hartioista ja hupusta, jonka vuoksi vesitiiveys mietityttää pidemmällä aikavälillä.

Otin koon L. Pituutta itsellä 186cm ja painoa 105kg. Pitää vähän keventää painoa jos haluaa talvella enemmän kerroksia, mutta nyt syksyllä pelkän t paidan kanssa on sopiva. Itsellä on apinan kädet, mut silti näissä hihat on tosi pitkät. Onneksi hyvät hihan säädöt, niin saa istumaan nätisti. Tyylikäs takki.

Harmi kun pitää antaa vähintään yksi tähti. Tuote ei vastaa lupaukseen vedenpitävyydestä noin kahden vuoden käytön jälkeen. Ennen ensimmäistä pesua se piti vettä melko hyvin ja olin tuotteeseen erittäin tyytyväinen. Markkinointimateriaalinperusteella uskoin, että kyseessä on Gore-Texiin verrattavissa oleva kalvorakenne, jota ei tarvitse kyllästää vedenpitävyyttä varten (ainoastaan hengittävyyttä). EI OLE, ei lähellekkään. Se piti kyllästää kahteen kertaan eikä silti pidä yhtä hyvin kuin uutena. Olen reklamoinut tuotteen sekä Varuste.net:lle että Fjällräveille. Jotain kalvon ominaisuuksista kertonee se, että Fjällräven on tuonut juuri Gore-Tex kalvon takaisin valikoimaansa. Siitä luovuttaessa markkinoitiin Eco-Shell kalvoa isolla rahalla ympäristöystävällisenä korvikkeena Gore-Tex:lle. Kallis takki, joka ei ole hintansa väärti, vältä, kierrä kaukka, olen todella pettynyt ostokseeni.
