The Meindl Siena GTX mens wide fitting walking shoes are part of the Comfort-Fit range, developed to offer a more relaxed, easier fit for those with wider feet. Constructed in Meindl’s Bavarian factory from waxed Nubuck leather, the Siena GTX are reliable and keep your feet protected from abrasion. Featuring a GORE-TEX membrane, the shoe is extremely breathable and fully waterproof ensuring its suitability for use in all conditions.

The Comfort-fit footbed offers more space around the ball of the foot and the toes, whilst keeping a strong grip at the heel. Made from cork with a fleece covering this footbed is contoured to the foot giving more support than a standard footbed and an extremely comfortable wear, perfect for all day use. The Meindl Comfort Hiker II sole has also been given the Comfort-Fit touch, designed to offer a smooth natural rolling movement whilst providing exceptional grip on a variety of terrain. Unlike other soles this is enhanced with EVA cushioning in the midsole.

O produto correspondeu à descrição e às expectativas. O solado é extremamente rígido à torção e oferece um bom suporte ao peito do pé em trilhas irregulares. Devido ao cano baixo, não oferece suporte ao tornozelo, mas essa também não é a proposta. A água não penetra ao caminhar em grama molhada. O único ponto negativo é que são um pouco pesados demais.

Fantastisk sko med bred läst, jag har haft ett par innan i 5 år och nu när de är slitna vill jag inte ha några andra skor. Kan rekommendera denna sko inte billig men ändå mycket skor för pengarna.

Nahkainen kenkä istuu todella pehmeästi jalassa ja pohja tuntuu pitävältä myös liukkaammalla polulla metsässä. Helppo saada istumaan hyvin jalkaan nauhoja kiristämällä. Todella hyvät kengät niin kaupungissa kuin poluillakin, suosittelen.
