The Meindl Ontario GTX walking shoe is a versatile shoe performing equally well on off-road hikes as it does in urban and city landscapes. Made from suede and mesh, the uppers are breathable yet resistant and come equipped with a GORE-TEX lining for waterproof protection. The accompanying Air-Active footbed ensures the foot is kept dry and the shoe is well ventilated at all times. The Variofix lacing system aids support, pulling the heel to the back of the shoe, giving an excellent fit and a secure hold around the ankle. The Ontario GTX comes equipped with a Meindl Magic Active sole giving the perfect amount of traction for easy to moderate terrain. An ideal all-round walking shoe.

Olen tyytyväinen kenkiin. Hyvä jousto ja toimivat hyvin pitkillä kävelyillä kaupungissa.
Meindl are a superb manufacturer of shoes and boots and I have used their products for over twenty years. These shoes follow in the footsteps of all the other boots I have bought from this company. Durable yet comfortable, I am sure I will have many hours of pleasure when wearing them.

Loisto kengät, erittäin mukavat jalkaan ja siistit. Eivät ole liian paksut ja kuumat. Pohjallinen voisi olla enemmän muotoillut esim. päkiän ja varpaan välistä. Pohjakuvio näyttää hieman matalalta voisi olla ehkä 1 mm paksummat tai en osaa sanoa taitaa kyllä kestää kulumista tällaisenaankin. Erittäin laadukkaat ja istuvat kengät. Tästä kun olisi vielä malli, joka ylettyisi hieman nilkan yli, niin ostaisin sellaisetkin heti.

Erittäin mukava ja kevyt kenkä jalassa asfaltilla ja metsäpoluilla. Lesti oli odotettua leveämpi. Sopii hyvin tällaiselle "lättäjalalle".
