I recently picked up the Julbo Explorer 2 sunglasses for a hiking trip, and they've exceeded my expectations. The photochromic lenses (I got the REACTIV 2-4 Polarized option) adjusts quickly to changing light, which is perfect for mountain terrain between tree lines and exposed trails where conditions shift fast. The side shields are removable and provide excellent peripheral protection against glare and wind. The sunglasses feel lightweight but durable, and the ventilation helps prevent fogging—a big plus when you're pushing hard at altitude. Highly recommend for mountaineers, climbers, and serious hikers!
