Купил и оплатил товар в интернет-магазине. В качестве способа доставки выбрал самовывоз из магазина. Товар был в наличии. Я ждал 4 дня уведомления о возможности забрать свой заказ. Объявлений не было, поэтому я связался по электронной почте. Представитель службы поддержки клиентов сказал, что продукт ожидает готовности, добро пожаловать, чтобы забрать. Магазин заявляет, что у них нет ни продукта, за который я заплатил, ни информации о нем, потому что они могли бы его доставить.
