The running style of "skiking" is equal to cross country skiing - sorry, but there is a difference - you can do it without any snow, anywhere and anytime. The new sports "skiking" is very easy and learnable at any age . It utilizes the skating movements by using poles deliberately. Matching the powerful use of arms and upper body, speed can be increased and the efficiency of the training units can be increased.
