Velcro straps at top above the storage pockets for fastening of antenna or such. Vertical heat preserving pockets lined with flannel. Large storage pockets with double openings on the back. Elastic straps at bottom on arms. All snap fasteners of rubber. Inside is one storage pocket with zipper and one pocket for cell phone.
