Wide and feels soft for a side sleeper. It takes a while before you can quickly learn to use the included pump bag. The filling was successful with that pump. No experience sleeping outside yet, but going to Lapland and going from the beginning. For an inflatable friend, I got Therm-a-rest's Ridgerest classic large, which improves the R-value and provides extra protection against punctures.

This lightweight, well-crafted, and insulating sleeping pad is a significant upgrade from my previous self-inflating pad from the Dutch army. It provides superior comfort and is more convenient to pack. The Flextail pump I purchased as a complement to the pad further enhances the ease of setting up the sleeping system. I'm 6 foot 2 and 107kg the pad holds perfectly

This is actually almost a bed. I am 190 cm tall and I was looking for a slightly longer sleeping pad and I found this one. The length is enough and in cold weather the legs are now on top of the platform. The width came on top of the store and it increases the sleeping comfort already, especially in the cold, it is easier to stay on the platform all night and the sleep does improve. The only small minus is the weight, which of course increases a little with the length and width, but for my own use it doesn't hurt. The material is durable and not too slippery.
