Very disappointing after-sales support. My shipment has been held at DHL Istanbul customs, and I requested a return-to-origin process multiple times over the last 20 days. Although the company replied that they would look into it, no actual return request was submitted to DHL. The shipment is now at risk of being destroyed by customs due to lack of action. I expected much better customer support and responsibility for an international order. Very disappointing after-sales support and after-sales support. Comfortable on the feet

Have been wearing these since I got them, started a couple of weeks without the inner sole and just now added the sole to see if there is any difference. Love them, recommend them. Very nice wide toebox and the possibility to tighten them.

great shoes, super comfortable once you're used to wearing barefoot shoes. I'm currently on my 4th pair of these after many years.

Very comfortable and light, I'm a fan of xero shoes :) For someone with big feet, the toe room in these is very nice. Usually one size smaller than usual fits. I recommend buying other insoles so your feet don't smell after a long day ☺️

Removable insoles are a nice change if you need a little comfort sometimes.
