Incredibly comfortable and well-fitting jacket - it's a shame that I've only just now gotten into the world of down jackets. The jacket is very light and airy, but at the same time hugs the body tightly. Really warm for its weight; when the frost starts at three degrees, you may need something thicker than a t-shirt underneath. The pocket structure is excellent; even a large and heavy mobile phone disappears into the side pocket so imperceptibly that you sometimes have to check that it's still there. There's a drawstring at the hip and elastic on the sleeves. The hood is also down-filled. In addition to the side pockets, there's a chest pocket, where the jacket can also be packed if necessary. I can't comment on the durability with these kilometers yet, but I doubt that there are better equipment for hard crunching. The size matched my size perfectly.| Overall rating |
The down jacket is perfect! It's neither too thick nor too thin, so I can use it perfectly for layering, for example, I wear the Patagonia R1 Zip Neck underneath and the Patagonia Granti Crest over it. The sleeves may be a little too wide for some people (it doesn't bother me), they are still close-fitting. I don‘t give all five stars because I personally find that the jacket loses too much down. On average, one to two down feathers come out of the jacket on a daily basis.

I bought this jacket for my husband when his old jacket started to get worn out. The jacket has been redesigned from the older version. This new cut is looser in the stomach and sleeves. So it doesn't fit as well for a broad-shouldered but slim climber, as there's a lot of empty space in the middle of the body. On the other hand, the looseness of the sleeves increases comfort. There's no longer a soft fleece lining inside the collar like before, which is a downgrade from the previous version. The black color is more blue-toned than before; this doesn't really matter, but just an observation.
