I don't have any practical experience yet, but when I tried it on the Orbea Terra bar, it fit so well!

The bag opens from both sides, but is a bit difficult to use with a drop rod compared to, say, a zippered, top-opening rod bag. However, it works quite well with a straight rod. Thanks to the thick material, at least so far, it has kept all kinds of water and dirt out. The only downside is the fixed attachment strap locations, i.e. it slightly limits what and where other equipment can be attached to the rod.

It holds a lot of stuff and seems durable and functional after the first trip. The attachment system to the bar could be smarter.

If you need to access your packed items before you reach your destination, you have to remove the entire bag from the bar, which is not very convenient. The strap attached to the frame leaves marks, so it is a good idea to protect the frame before attaching it.
