— Show originalThe Clifton is the best shoe for long runs and basic fitness training, and it is also suitable for speed endurance training. I have tried other shoes for these purposes from time to time, but I always return to the Clifton when I have tested other shoes - I have had quite a few different generations of Clifton models.
