While the product is perfect and the price unbeatable, the delivery and support experience was deplorable. Following a UPS routing error (package delivered to the wrong relay point), I tried to contact Varuste on May 6, 8, and 11. Between radio silence and formal responses related to an "overwhelmed service," I received no concrete help.
I ultimately had to investigate myself with local businesses to prevent my package from being returned to the sender. In summary: buy for the price, but don't count on customer service if there's a problem with the carrier.| Overall rating |
