The metal part of the hood is useful, it keeps the hood from dripping into your eyes. Beautiful tartan pattern inside, although the care label is a bit ugly and distracting when hanging outside.

Excellent and original, the hood is designed to attach to Barbour waxed jackets and is the logical complement in rainy weather. It's quite large and can be raised when needed, even wearing a hat.
