Used on train and boat trips. The portability is really good and for a 1.5-meter-tall person, this "women's specific" version of the Farpoint works very well in terms of the back dimensions. The laptop pocket can safely fit both a work and personal laptop at the same time if necessary. At first, I was skeptical about the size of the carrying handles, but when you lift the backpack to different levels, they have proven to be comfortable to use. The zippers and their covers seem sturdy, water/moisture resistance has not yet been tested, except for snowfall. Criticism of the stupid pockets on the outside. Yes, in theory they can hold a water bottle, but if the backpack is packed any more, the pocket space is so tight that you can't fit a bottle in it. Otherwise, I miss another zipper pocket on the outside, albeit a smaller one. I'm ambivalent about the large interior. On the one hand, it's okay in a backpack of this size and you can always use packing bags, but still a two-piece large part would seem more convenient. In addition, the "packability" of the backpack straps in the back is a useless feature for me, as the zipper flap takes up unnecessary space at the bottom and adds a little extra weight. If I had realized this in time, I might have chosen another model without the extra fabric flap & all-around zipper. The Fairview is not particularly stylish, but it doesn't need to be on a trip. Overall, it's a plus and 3.5 stars just for the functional whole and portability.

Very adjustable even for taller users. The front pocket of the backpack was solid, which can be a good or bad thing. If you don't put anything in the other pocket, the water bottle "disappears" in the middle. On the other hand, you can even stuff a light jacket in it.

A really handy travel backpack! Easy to pack and unpack as the whole bag opens up, the side pockets are also handy. The carrying mechanisms are good and fit well, the hip belt is a plus. This has become the best companion for short business trips, it can be used as hand luggage.

Fits well on my back (168 cm tall) and is comfortable to carry. There was still plenty of space left on a three-day trip, even with a change of shoes. The tension straps kept my clothes and belongings in place.

Excellent product, very good fit, therefore very comfortable, very nice finish and high quality fabrics. It is often criticized for not being able to easily put a water bottle in the outside pocket, this is true when the bag is full to bursting, otherwise it is feasible and it even holds very well with the outside straps. Advantage: the central band of the outside pocket hides the water bottle which is then invisible. Unlike the Fairpoint, it is perfectly adapted to the female anatomy.

Very comfortable on the back, even when fully packed. A big plus is that it can fit on the plane as hand luggage. The material seems to be of very high quality, but approx. after a month of use, of course, difficult to judge. Would recommend!
