Product description
The polar proven ECIG 4.0 series was developed, considering IR Camouflage. By optimizing the cut, reducing the outer seams and using special materials the IR signatures are reduced to a minimum. The jacket offers protection in the temperature range beyond -30°C. The water-repellent outer material, the 3-way adjustable hood and the snow guard make the jacket independent from weather conditions. The improved cut increases the comfort and freedom of movement of this robust multifunction jacket.

— Show originalIncredibly sturdy jacket! Lots of good pockets and it felt like real quality. Unfortunately I returned the jacket for two reasons. I ordered size L as I am 187 cm tall but it felt like a size too big. I had ordered a size M instead but realized that the jacket is far too warm for me here in southern Sweden. It really fits nicely in a really winter climate!| Overall rating |
— Show originalUnfortunately, winter had just ended in the Netherlands when I received the jacket, so I haven't been able to try it out in cold conditions (yet), but it looks fantastic. Everything is precisely adjustable (the hood hasn't quite worked out yet, as it even fits a helmet, but that will work out). This jacket is amazing. It's so warm I almost didn't even use it this winter. We normally get long cold winter but this year was only couple of days that we got some -25. Unfortunately I can't tell much but I have use another carinthia products and they all are great. For what I have used it , it IS warm. Comfortable and the pockets, zippers and adjustments work as expected from this brand. UPDATE. The zipper started to fail opening from the bottom. So it didn't hold closed from the bottom side. And it happened regularly. I don't know what's the deal. It doesn't just close right. Pity. Luckily after 5-10 tries always closes.
