Put another way, the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any sleeping pad ever created. It is warmer, lighter and thicker than the previous model, which is why the XTherm NXT cements the legacy of being the go-to sleeping pad for alpinists, mountaineers and extreme cold expeditions. At 3-inches thick, with horizontal baffles, all-night comfort and support are at hand, while 70D nylon on the bottom ensures the XTherm NXT holds up to extended expedition use. The WingLock Valve allows for rapid inflation and deflation but is also intuitive and easy to use in frigid weather when the gloves are not coming off. If reliable overnight warmth is the demand no matter how far the mercury dips and space in the pack is at a premium, there’s no finer sleeping pad than the XTherm NXT. — Origineel weergevenZeer dik en comfortabel matras. Gebruikt tijdens de beklimming van de Kilimanjaro bij negatieve temperaturen, isoleert het perfect tegen de kou die van de grond komt.
Ideaal gewicht en formaat voor trekking. Het mist echter een beetje breedte als het eenmaal is opgeblazen (normaal).
Eenvoudig te gebruiken opblaas-/leegloopsysteem. En de opblaaszak is erg handig.
Het enige negatieve punt is dat er geen gelpad is om te voorkomen dat de matras wegglijdt als de vloer licht hellend is...| Algemene waardering |
— Origineel weergevenVan de zomer maar eens testen. 's Nachts heel comfortabel warm gehouden rond +3 °C. De structuur is niet de meest comfortabele, maar het kan beter. Ze adverteren ermee als een wintermatras, daarom heb ik deze gekocht, hij is vrij licht en als hij echt overleeft bij temperaturen onder het vriespunt, is dit misschien wel de enige.
