An absolute necessity, I won't be going on longer trips without this. It's a bit heavy, but I guess you can't really make it a lightweight like this. You can also use force to press, there's no problem with just a little pressure. However, it's worth the money and is often cheaper on Varusteneti than elsewhere.

It's damn stiff to press right from the start. Even though the piston has been pushed all the way down, water still splashes between the inner and outer bottle every time. The inner bottle is tight, the outer bottle is not, and if it falls over, the water happily flows out. This is how the parquet in the guest room and the car seat got wet when I didn't know how to take this into account. Disappointed in this matter, otherwise a good product.

Does what it promises, at least with a fresh filter. Easy to use and the commissioning time is significantly less than with a pump-operated hose device. It doesn't weigh that much, but it's a bigger box to pack than the smaller pumps I own. Personally, when I always take the smallest possible backpack/chest on a trip, the packability affects it, in this case by that one star

The most practical water filter I've tried. Removes all the aftertaste from even dark water better than anything else I've tested. The only cons are the weight and the price, but in my opinion, the filtering ability takes precedence over these.
