Perfect for stubborn screws and nuts, the innovative Ratchet Driver allows you to apply more torque without adjusting your grip. It’s equipped with a multi-directional ratcheting system, magnetic bit holder, and compatible with our proprietary flat bits and any standard ¼” bits. The Ratchet Driver works with any Leatherman with a large bit driver and stows easily in your pocket.
The magnetic bit holder allows for secure placement of Leatherman flat bits or any standard 1/4” bit. The compact ratcheting system allows continuous rotation in one direction while preventing motion in the opposite direction. The 3-way positioning allows for forward, reverse, and locked positions. The Ratchet Driver works with any multi-tool or knife that’s equipped with a large bit driver.

The best accessory if you have to space to carry it with you.

Nice addition to the Leatherman Surge. Ideally fits to the side pocket of the nylon pouch

Quite expensive for just a ratchet handle, but as an owner of several Leatherman multitools, I had to get this one. It certainly does what it promises, and even though it may seem a bit flimsy, it comes with the legendary Leatherman guarantee on the way. That's why I dared to get this. The biggest challenge is probably that this doesn't quite fit nicely in the same case as the multitool. For example, the nylon case that comes with the Leatherman Charge has elastic loops on both sides, in the smaller of which I have carried the Bit Extender and the larger Olight mini-light on the trip. Those loops are perfectly dimensioned for them. However, it is difficult to fit the Ratcher Driver into a smaller loop, and a lamp is better suited for a larger one. You just have to come up with a separate means of transport for the ratchet and tip pieces.

I thought for a long time and finally bought it. Seems like good quality after a few uses. A good addition to the cycling equipment.. Although there were some small problems with the commissioning, when the direction selector was somehow stuck. After twisting my time, the jam opened. Someone could have already returned the product at this point. Could the problem still come back..?
