New filter had issues and was leaking at the top where the clean water should come out. Checking the remaining filters in the store, they all had the same issue. Katadyn customer support didn't respond seriously to the reported issues. Switched to MSR, and never again Katadyn.

— Show originalThe product was as promised. Easy to put together and use. It worked great on the trip to Patvinsuo. We were a group of three and we filtered drinking water from Suomujärvi. Everyone's bottles were quickly filled. No one had stomach problems. The filtered water of Suomujärvi remained the taste of hummus and the color of the water remained the color of white wine.
