Roeckl Isone

Roeckl Sports developed the Isone, a model from its Eco.Series, to give environmentally conscious bikers a stylish performance glove made in large part from recycled materials. The heart of this glove is its innovative BIOcore: a high-performance, breathable, environmentally friendly foam padding made from 45% renewable, plant-based materials. This resource-efficient padding developed exclusively by Roeckl combines shock absorption, comfort, tactility and durability. This model’s wear comfort is further enhanced by the seamless comfort-innovation padding between thumb and index finger. The backhand is made from elastic, breathable Revolutional Eco Lycra. This soft yet robust textile is made from Econyl, a yarn consisting of 100% recycled nylon waste. The soft Eco.Sense suede on the palm and on the large soft-wipe thumb provides the same comfort and grip as real suede, yet it consists of 60% recycled polyester and 40% conventional polyester. The pull off system’s tape is made from 80% recycled materials, and the amount of siliconization was strategically reduced (dots instead of large surfaces), without compromising the glove’s grip. The Isone’s esthetics are sophisticated as well: Its look in close touch with nature is accentuated by a dynamic, embossed tonal pattern. Furthermore, the Roeckl logo is made from recycled wood processing waste with individual grain, making each and every Isone a truly unique piece!
