Meindl Kansas Lady GTX

I love Meindl boots as I can wear them straight out of the box and not get blisters. This is my 4th pair in about 7 years. The workmanship is great, they are sturdy and comfortable. I have only given 4 stars as I wish they didn't use nubuck leather as it doesn't stand up well to wet muddy conditions, especially over many days of use. That said I wear mine three to four times a week and they last for about 18 months. Unfortunately I was denied the warranty on the last pair that started to leak. That said I can't find anything better! This model isn't quite as comfy arou d the ankle as the memory foam types but is lots cheaper and still does the job.

The boots are good and comfortable, but a little different in fit than the last pair I bought in the exact same model. Hope these don't start leaking after three years, like the old ones. But I like Meindl

Great shoe for daily forest trips. Feet enjoy and don't get tired :) Good fit, the same size as other shoes worked for me.
