• Adjusted sail tensions—especially in the trailing edge — for a tighter, cleaner canopy
• Slimmer leading edge for reduced drag and faster flight
• Vortex-inspired 16-point bridle system for improved load distribution and stability

Supercharged Performance

The Edge VT Ultra-X is built on the Edge VT base, but is designed with the finest material selection for top performance:

• Full Aluula airframe (leading edge and struts (82g)
• Teijin double ripstop lighter weight canopy (46g)

• Even less drag than the VT, thanks to the added stiffness of Aluula, which has allowed further reduction of the leading edge diameter by an extra 5%

“Having so much control over your riding speed makes approaching the perfect kicker far easier, whatever your level. The speed you can achieve with this kite combined with the vertical lift ensures that you go very high. This causes a lot of line tension which provides a lot of control and kite awareness in the air. It’s like it’s programmed to fly, even with basic kite movement.
